Refund policy

Returns

We DO accept returns for our online orders.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days. The time is counted from the date your order is delivered to you. Please make sure that the items returned are in the same condition as they were when you received them (that includes tags still attached)- they can be tried on but not worn.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (invoice which is included in your package). Please add that to a package with returned goods. 

Mark the package as a ‘gift’ on the customs declaration form with a value of up to 5 USD (otherwise it can get stuck in customs and we might not be able to get it back).

We do not take responsibility for returns that got lost or damaged. We would suggest you use a trackable service to return your order.

Refunds (item price, not shipping costs if those were paid by you) will be credited to the original form of payment.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 4 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and contact us at info@northerngrip.com

Exchanges 

You can exchange your order for anything from a shop of the same value. Send us an email at info@northerngrip.com and send your item to SIA Ilviri, Rusas, Baldone LV-2125, Latvia.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We cover secondary delivery costs if you request an exchange.
